New Digital Time Release Forms
This new digital system simplifies and improves the bookkeeping and tracking of release time and thereby saves precious time for our District Treasurer.
ALL Members of District 6A who are participating in OSSTF business that requires time release will be required to complete a District 6A time release form. Failure to do so may result in your time release not being granted.
You will have to complete one of these forms for ANY and ALL release time including those from local and provincial funds.
Note you are still required to complete a BOARD release form. The Board form needs to only stipulate "Federation Business" and the article number from the respective contract.
However, the District 6A time release form you MUST be more specific as for accounting purposes we need to know the federation business for which you are being released.
